Documentation Services
Juliana can document the existing or as-built condition of your structure through the use of photographs and drawings. Documentation drawings range from simple floor plans to fully detailed floor plans, elevations, and building sections depending on your project's needs.
The Realtor Special
The "Realtor Special," or simple floor plan, is a two-dimensional floor plan that illustrates the full interior layout including the following:
-
all exterior and interior walls
-
attached exterior features such as decks, balconies, and porches
-
window and door locations
-
kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counters, fixtures, and appliances
-
room names and overall dimensions
Noted dimensions are rounded to the nearest inch. Windows and doors are approximately sized and located.
The "Realtor Special" is meant for illustrative purposes, such as marketing, pre-planning, rough schematic design, and furniture layout. It is not meant as a basis for construction documents. For a more accurate floor plan sufficient for construction documents and permitting, see the "Architect Special."

Measurements are rounded to the nearest quarter of an inch. Windows and doors are sized and located based on extension jambs. Elevational information (other than ceiling heights) and trim details are not typically included, but additional features can be added to suit the needs of your project. See "Architectural Add-Ons."
